project overview & consultation

This gorgeous ground floor renovation to an apartment in East St Kilda involved creating an amazing kitchen, new bifold doors and windows with flooring throughout. We also renovated the laundry and powder room with painting internally and externally.

 

From the very first consultation, our clients indicated their desire for the space and roughly what they expected the renovation to cost. Working closely with the owners to suit their requirements, we delivered this project within their budget by selecting certain products to help save some dollars.

Concept & Design

Our clients indicated to us that they would like to have the option of selling the apartment at a later point but wanted something that they could really enjoy for a while before passing it on. So, we advised them to use more natural colours and pointed them towards more cost effective products to maximise the profit from a potential sale while still providing a stunning space.

Project Management

This job went for about 8 weeks in total. Apartments are always a challenge in terms of of working with a smaller space, deliveries and waste removal but we made it work and got the job done in the time frame provided. As always, clear communication with the client is the key to managing a project successfully.
