We entrusted HLR with a tricky third level extension for our home, and the result was fantastic. The friendly and efficient team negotiated the challenges with ease and delivered a high quality finish. We couldn’t be happier with the work and appreciated their ability to stick to time and budget.

It’s hard to put into words how happy we were with Russell and his team from High Level Renovations. From the moment we met him, I knew he put his clients first — and that never changed throughout our four-month renovation. He delivered on time (to the day) and on budget.

We started with a draftsman/architect, but once Russell came on board, we didn’t need them anymore. Russell became the designer, builder, and even helped with the interiors. Our renovation was a complete re-do of our upstairs level, and because we lived downstairs throughout the process, we got to know Russell, his team, and all his contractors very well.

They were a fantastic team — special shout-out to Cam and Cam — and his electricians, plumbers, painters and other trades were always punctual, respectful, and genuinely committed to doing a great job. The mutual respect between Russell and his trades was very clear.

We also have some difficult neighbours who always complain about any activity on the street, but even they commented so positively about Russell and his team — no noise issues, no parking issues, and always respectful.

We couldn’t be happier with the entire process, and the finished product is beyond our expectations. High Level Renovations are the best!
