When your starting point is a beautiful beach side residence on an expansive block, the end-result can be nothing short of spectacular and we are so excited that we had the opportunity to participate in this exquisite transformation.
We started with a lovely 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom home which was totally reimagined into a bespoke and striking entertainers dream complete with natural stone features, a pool bar and every modern convenience.
Studio Hals got the project off to a perfect start by designing a home that retained the original structure but took the interior to a whole new level.
From the minute you open the front door, this stunning home takes you on a journey from great to phenomenal. A stroll down the expansive hallway will take you past the master bedroom with its luxurious walk-in-robe and his and hers ensuite. A few more steps and you will find your self at the lime-stone wine cellar; a turn to the left will take your up the stairs to the treasures of the first floor and a turn to the right will take you into the tranquil sitting room, complete with fireplace and a bar area. Finally, you will arrive at the centre of it all; a grand, light filled kitchen/living/dining zone. This beautiful space will leave you wanting for nothing; a bespoke cooks kitchen with butler’s pantry, a fireplace and the perfect transition to the inviting alfresco and pool area beyond.
This perfect home is rounded out with 3 more beautifully renovated bedrooms, a study, upstairs retreat and a backyard dreams are made of, including a sparkling pool with lush, green surrounds.
We aim to start every project with an ideal timeline and schedule but as experience has taught us, when it comes to creating a client’s perfect home, timelines are secondary to ensuring that the client gets the home of their dreams.
Utilising the right scheduling software allows us to seamlessly adjust our schedule to accommodate design changes, contractor availabilities and any other surprises that renovating will inevitably throw at us.
The finished project was a stunning home that our clients fell in love with the moment they walked through the door and we were proud to have the opportunity to hand over the keys.
